At your initial consultation, we will discuss your current goals. We will also explore your health history, any symptoms you may be experiencing, your current lifestyle choices, nutrition intake, stress levels, emotional/mental state, exercise, sleep, and current supplementation. This is generally a 90-minute process which allows me to build an overall picture of your health, to assist in developing a unique wellness plan to suit your individual needs with your current goals in mind.
Please note that prior to your initial consultation, a health history form and nutrition diary will be emailed to you for your completion, these need to be returned at least 48 hours prior to your consultation.
Your wellness plan will be emailed to you within 7 days of the initial consultation. To ensure that you understand, and are happy with the recommendations, a follow-up skype, zoom or phone call will be made within 2 business days; this gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and if necessary I will make any amendments (there is no charge for this phone call).
At this point, a follow-up appointment within four weeks from your initial consultation will be recommended.
The follow-up appointments involve reviewing, with you, any nutritional and lifestyle adjustments recommended. Further tweaking and/or additional goals may be made to ensure that you are aligned with your overall health goals.
If preferred, follow-up appointments can be had via skype or zoom.
